Coronavirus Notice & Policy

The well-being and health of our residents, applicants, employees and partners remains our primary focus here at Little River County Housing Authority. We continue to monitor the quickly evolving news related to the coronavirus (COVID-19).

LRCHA will continue to actively and effectively manage our business in response to COVID-19, with three key objectives in mind:

Keeping our residents, applicants, employees and their families safe.
Ensuring our business is operational to serve our residents.
Doing our part as a corporate citizen to contain the spread of the virus.
Our office will be closed to the public effective Monday, August 30th until further notice.

All rent payments and any paperwork that you need to furnish to us will be received through the drop-box or mail-in. Public Housing residents can also make payments and request work-orders through our website using the Resident Portal. Applications can also be made using Resident Portal. If you need help enrolling in Resident Portal please call the office.

While we are always available by email/phone, we encourage you to check our website for operational updates. We appreciate the trust you place in us and look forward to continuing to serve our communities.
