Policies & Procedures
The Policies and Procedures at Little River Housing Communities (LRHC) provide a guideline for daily operations and are essential to providing outstanding affordable housing services in our community. They ensure compliance with laws and regulations, give guidance for decision-making, and streamline internal processes. Public Housing Authorities have the discretion to adopt local policies and procedures that do not conflict with federal laws and regulations.
To view a full copy of our 5-Year Plan for 2024 through 2028 and Annual Plan for 2024, residents may come by our Foreman Office during normal office hours (Monday through Thursday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm) located at 215 North Madden Street, Foreman, AR 71836. Little River Housing Communities' previous 5-Year Plan for 2019 through 2023 and Annual Plan for 2023 are also on display at our office.
